Reliance Worldwide steps up US expansion with EZ-FLO buy
The chief executive of plumbing supplies group Reliance Worldwide says he’s buoyed by the ability of the United States appliance connector business EZ-FLO– which it has acquired for $US325 ($434 million) – to make price rises stick as input costs climbed.
Heath Sharp said the main product sold by EZ-FLO is the Eastman brand of appliance connection products used by plumbers to connect washing machines, dishwashers, water heaters and fridge ice-makers to household water supplies.
