KordaMentha chases funds from former Arrium directors
Insolvency firm KordaMentha has begun pursuing former directors of Arrium through the courts to try to recover funds for creditors more than three years after the steel group collapsed under the weight of $2.8 billion in debts.
Documents have been lodged with the NSW Supreme Court in the attempt to recover funds from former Arrium directors after an exhaustive series of public examinations in 2018 and scrutiny of 200,000 documents and company records in both electronic and hard copy.
