After more than six months looking for a buyer, Freedom Foods Group has finally offloaded its Specialty Seafood business to the Australian family-owned Tempo Group, marking the completion of its structural overhaul.
The group is now focused on two growth drivers of plant-based beverages and dairy and nutritionals.
