Freedom Foods poised to raise $260m
Freedom Foods Group is putting the final touches on its capital raising, with meetings with existing fund managers expected as early as tomorrow.
The UHT milk and plant-based drinks maker is poised to raise an estimated $260 million, with the major backers of the troubled Sydney-based company, the Perich clan, stumping up around $200 million via a convertible notes issue.
