Melbourne-based Boron Molecular, a developer of fine chemicals for the pharmaceuticals and electronics industries, has come full circle with CSIRO.

Spun off by the national science agency in 2001, the company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange until it beat a retreat after the 2008 financial crisis and went private.
