Bubs’ China strategy in focus as chair goes toe-to-toe with ex-chair
The battle for control of Bubs Australia will come to a head in late July, with dissident investors accusing the infant formula company’s board and management of “presiding over the destruction of our great company”.
On Thursday, after weeks of acrimony between the current and past board, Bubs set a date for a special meeting during which shareholders will decide on what strategy it should pursue – backing one distributor in the crucial Chinese market, or opening itself more widely in that market.
