The corporate regulator says Jan Cameron should have disclosed details linking her to an offshore vehicle that held shares in baby formula company Bellamy’s Australia even though she did not have a legal understanding of the loans and agreements set up across various entities.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission alleges the Tasmanian businesswoman’s private investment vehicle Bicheno Investments lent $23 million to Malaysian group LENGKAP.
