ASIC orders sale of Geoff Wilson's shares in Yowie Group
The corporate regulator has appointed Morgan Stanley to sell a 13 per cent stake in chocolate bar maker Yowie Group acquired by veteran fund manager Geoff Wilson during an unsuccessful takeover bid by corporate raider Nick Bolton's Keybridge Capital.
The forced sale comes after the Takeovers Panel declared the share purchases unacceptable and vested about 28 million shares to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
