Listed investment company Trojan Equity is taking electrical manufacturer CMI to court in a bid to wind up the company, just two weeks after CMI’s former managing director passed away.

Trojan applied to the Supreme Court of Queensland to start proceedings against the executors of former CMI managing director Raymond Catelan, now deceased, present CMI directors and associated shareholders.
