A representative of Martinus Rail alleged that its client Qube Holdings was a “f---ing liar” before the company was sacked from building the Moorebank interstate rail hub, a court judgment has revealed.
The judgment dismissed Martinus Rail’s attempts to block Qube from getting access to $7 million in funds held as part of a security deposit.
