Outlook mixed for Global Construction
In the first half of 2009-10, Global Construction Services recorded a net profit of $4.9 million, 9.3 per cent down on the previous corresponding period.
In the first half of 2009-10, Global Construction Services recorded a net profit of $4.9 million representing a decline of 9.3 per cent on the previous corresponding period. Revenue was also down, but margins were consistent with the previous corresponding period.
Managing director of the diversified construction services company, Mr Enzo Gullotti , said he was pleased with the performance of the company’s commercial division that had secured significant contract wins, the latest being a $79 million contract for formwork and concrete installation at a Perth Hospital.
