NSW government must ‘consult’ before changing WestConnex
The NSW government would need to “consult” with Transurban if it wanted to make any structural changes to Sydney’s WestConnex network to tackle congestion around a controversial toll road interchange, a parliamentary hearing has been told.
Transurban general manager Denise Kelly said the government could remodel public surface roads around the Rozelle Interchange without discussions with Transurban, but not WestConnex.
