KKR consortium takes keys to Spark, board resigns
Spark Infrastructure’s board and chairman have resigned and the company’s new private owners, a consortium led by private equity giant Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, have installed a new chief executive officer and chairman on the day the electricity network owner was delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange.
Spark’s current chief financial officer, Gerard Dover, was appointed acting chief executive officer and Laura Reed, the company’s former managing director, became chairman.
