Global announces rise in profit guidance
Global Construction Services announced on Thursday morning that it expected to achieve a net profit of $17.1 million in 2010-11, an increase of 20 per cent on previous guidance.
Global Construction Services announced on Thursday morning that it expected to achieve a net profit of $17.1 million in 2010-11. This represents an increase of 20 per cent on management’s previous guidance of $14.3 million.
The diversified construction company said first-quarter trading had been strong across all of the group’s business units. One of the key features was the award of a $79 million contract to provide formwork for the West Australian Department of Health’s Fiona Stanley Hospital.
