Decmil issues third profit warning, faces $102m net loss

Troubled West Australian construction group Decmil has issued its third profit warning in a year, telling investors to expect a $102 million full-year net loss as it struggles to recover money from clients and subcontractors.

New chief executive Rod Heale – Decmil’s third boss in just over two years – has the tough job of restoring investor confidence in the troubled company, which has suffered a series of writedowns and management turnover over the past few years.
