Cardno offloading last vestiges in $56m foreign aid deal
Cardno is selling the last vestiges of a former 8200-staff strong infrastructure consultancy, offloading its international aid arm to a charity-backed organisation in a $56 million deal.
The deal, announced Monday morning, has DT Global snapping up Brisbane-based Cardno’s international development arm with almost 1500 employees. It marks more buyout activity in businesses touching the environmental, social and governance sector.
