Boom Logistics showing signs of improvement
Boom Logistics’ results announcement is just as much about its outlook statement as it is about the headline result.
Boom Logistics has recorded a net profit of about $6.5 million for 2009-10. The full-year operating results included restructuring costs of $1.7 million and a tax benefit of $3.9 million.
The provider of cranes and industrial services is in the early stages of recovery, as its share price has fallen by 90 per cent in the past five years. Consequently, Wednesday’s announcement is just as much about Boom Logistics’ outlook statement as it is about the headline result.
