Atlas Arteria dodges second strike on remuneration at AGM

Toll road group Atlas Arteria has dodged a second strike against its remuneration report after top shareholder IFM Investors voted its 27 per cent stake in favour, but has hit another setback in its attempts to raise toll fares in the US.

Almost 98 per cent of votes cast approved the remuneration report despite opposition from the Australian Shareholders’ Association (ASA), which raised questions about the absence of quantifiable objectives in remuneration plans.
