Airports urge government to review all COVID-19 vaccines
Airports have urged the federal government to start reviewing all COVID-19 vaccines – not just those that will be injected into Australians – so it can let in travellers who want to get on planes to Australia without going into quarantine.
"The likely rollout of a vaccination program in Australia next year is promising but it’s too early to tell what this will mean for quarantine-free international travel," said James Goodwin, chief executive of the Australian Airports Association.
