Ramsay Health Care and its Malaysian partner, Sime Darby Berhad, are once again evaluating the sale of their joint venture in Asia, Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care, after receiving inbound interest.

​Deutsche Bank is providing advice to Ramsay on the possible sale ​of Sime Darby, and will launch a formal sale process with multiple parties sounding out the asset, sources said.
