Push to identify people with cancer-indicating mutation

A crucial step has been taken to identify almost 100,000 Australians who have Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that predisposes them to some cancers.
Those who have the condition and don’t know it, face up to a 70 per cent lifetime risk of developing one or more aggressive cancers, often at an earlier age.
