NIB says plan to fix hospital pricing ‘crazy’ as funding tensions grow

The warning came as a second funding spat between a hospital operator and insurers broke out on Monday, underlining rising tensions within the healthcare sector as the Albanese government reviews the viability of the country’s 650 private facilities.
