The fight for control inside the boardroom of ailing dentistry group Smiles Inclusive has taken a twist, with a fresh bloc of shareholders trying to remove the two directors who are behind a push to oust its chairman of four days.
The angst is set to be resolved at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for May 22.
