Monash IVF hit with class action after embryo destruction
A 43-year-old Canberra woman who had her final embryo destroyed by ASX-listed fertility services provider Monash IVF is the lead plaintiff in a class action over claims the company may have inadvertently destroyed viable embryos of thousands of patients.
Danielle Bopping, who does not have children, was informed by the ASX-listed company that they had labelled her embryo as abnormal, but it may have been viable.
