Meet the AC/DC-loving chief doctor who eats by example
Economist, academic, philanthropist and paratrooper, outgoing Australian Medical Association president Steve Robson says prevention is the only cure for Australia’s sick health system.
It is towards the end of our lunch, over toasted sesame ice cream, when Australia’s most prominent doctor reveals his best-kept secret.
“I am an AC/DC nut. There is not a day in the last 30 years when I have not played it. In an ideal world, my next job would be playing rhythm guitar in an AC/DC tribute band,” says Steve Robson as we wrap up the 11-course tasting menu.
