McPherson's shares tumble despite virus reassurance

Shares in consumer goods supplier McPherson have tumbled around 8 per cent to $2.84 despite reassuring investors that the business has taken the necessary steps to avoid short-term issues stemming from the coronavirus.

a series of above-the-line losses forced comprehensive income to finish at $5.1 million, or 18.4 per cent lower than the corresponding prior period.
