Making excuses for weak margins has ended: Healius CEO

The new chief executive of Healius has suggested the pathology group’s former management was “defensive” and made excuses about the company’s poor performance, telling staff a strategic review that could involve asset sales would be finished quickly.
Paul Anderson, a former Network Ten chief executive, took over from Maxine Jaquet on March 5 and made the comments at a closed-door staff briefing last week.
