Kai Medical tries back door to ASX

One-time initial public offer candidate Kai Medical has given hope to other US medical device companies trying to list in Australia by doing a deal with Sydney-based pharmaceuticals company Novogen .
Kai chief executive Bob Nakata was in Australia in April, spruiking the Hawaii-based sleep therapy company to investors with an eye on a possible $100 million-plus IPO.
