Integral Diagnostics has snapped up New Zealand-based Ascot Radiology in a $NZ50 million ($47.7 million) cash and scrip deal, while at the same time revealing a major cost-cutting program.

Integral Diagnostics CEO Ian Kadish said during the peak of the crisis in April, patient revenue declined against pre-COVID-19 expectations by between 24 per cent and 50 per cent.
