Healius boss Malcolm Parmenter says the healthcare giant is seeking to make bolt-on purchases in its three key businesses – particular in the speciality areas of pathology.

Dr Parmenter told The Australian Financial Review that there was a pipeline of smaller deals in pathology, imaging, and day hospitals, but he warned that there was stiff competition at auctions.
