The former chief executive of ailing dental group Smiles Inclusive, Mike Timoney, and former chairman, David Herlihy, were both voted off the board at a shareholder meeting on Wednesday, but a fresh fight is brewing.
About 45 people attended an extraordinary general meeting at KPMG's Brisbane office on Wednesday to vote on six resolutions stemming from a boardroom tussle for power.
