Fisher & Paykel ups earnings guidance as hospital rates rise

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare has upgraded earnings guidance on improved demand for its respiratory devices from hospitals.

The New Zealand company expects net profit between $NZ320 million ($284 million) and $NZ370 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. This is slightly higher than the $NZ310 million to $NZ360 million forecast previously. It left its 2024-25 revenue guidance unchanged at $NZ1.9 billion and $NZ2 billion.
