The former chief executive of cancer test developer Genetic Technologies faces a lengthy jail sentence and fines of up to $770,000 after he was convicted of market manipulation rising from share trading in 2006.
The former chief executive of cancer test developer Genetic Technologies Dr Mervyn Jacobson faces a lengthy jail sentence and fines of up to $770,000 after he was convicted of market manipulation arising from share trading in 2006.
Dr Jacobson was convicted on Wednesday in the Victorian Supreme Court, according to a release from the corporate watchdog.
