Strong second-half sales should put “nutriceuticals" company Clover Corporation on track for good 2012 growth, with analysts expecting gross margins to lift over the next year as it ramps up new product lines. Asia-Pacific markets, which are big consumers of infant formula and foods, will drive growth, and management can focus on organic sales growth (with about $25 million of new project sales due) now the divestment of its joint venture share in Future Food Ingredients is resolved. Sales for 2010-11 are expected to be about $33 million. Microequities calculates a target price of 39¢.
