Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals has narrowly missed a ‘second strike’ on its remuneration report after receiving a strong protest vote at its annul meeting.

Chairman Willem Blijdorp was successful in his urging of shareholders to back the board at the Wednesday night AGM, arguing it has taken steps to address concerns about the CEO’s pay which were raised at last year’s meeting by shareholders.
