An estranged former business partner of Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals chairman Willem Blijdorp has petitioned a Dutch Court of Appeals in a last-ditch attempt to ensnare the wealthy biotech boss in a criminal probe.
Dutch public prosecutors last year declined to move ahead with a formal investigation into Mr Blijdorp relating to alleged white-collar crimes spanning forgery, extortion and slander, according to Dutch court documents obtained by AFR Weekend.
