The police paid a visit to Sonic Healthcare's Macquarie Park site last Tuesday to check on the implementation of social-distancing measures, showing that enforcement of the new rules is top priority.
Two police officers visited Sonic's canteen area, where they spoke to management and were notified that its lab was testing more COVID-19 patients than any other lab in the country, and was an essential service.
