CBA Equities and Bell Potter Securities will pitch dental chain Pacific Smiles Group to fund managers this week, in an effort to float the company by the end of next month.
CBA healthcare analyst Bruce Du released detailed pre-marketing research on Friday, ahead of the analyst roadshow. He valued Pacific Smiles at $199 million to $219 million, or 10.9 times to 12 times forecast 2015 financial year earnings, on an enterprise value-to-EBITDA basis.
