ACL accuses Wylie of hiding links to independent Healius director

The chairman of Australian Clinical Labs has waded into a dispute between Healius and its rival’s major investor, John Wylie’s Tanarra Capital, accusing the latter of not disclosing its relationship with one of the company’s non-executive directors which the investment group is supporting.

Michael Alscher, in a letter to Healius chairman Jenny Macdonald sent late on Thursday and obtained by AFR Weekend, says Tanarra has not disclosed Michael Stanford’s “previous engagement” with Mr Wylie.
