Victoria forces Tabcorp to make betting terminals voucher only
Tabcorp will be forced to stop accepting cash bets at its Victorian terminals unless they are moved to within five metres of a bar after the state regulator found the company had not prevented minors from using them to gamble.
The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission said on Sunday that from this month Tabcorp customers who wanted to place a bet through those terminals would need to go to the bar, prove they were older than 18, and be given a voucher.
