Adelaide casino owner SkyCity Entertainment has won its battle against investment giant Macquarie over how many millions of dollars it must pay to buy back its fire-damaged car park.
The High Court of New Zealand ruled in favour of SkyCity’s interpretation of costs over the termination of a 2019 deal with Macquarie to operate the car park at its flagship Auckland casino.
