GQG Partners’ Rajiv Jain, whose asset management group will list on Tuesday in the year’s largest initial public offering, says growth managers should be braced for “classic regime change” in a rising interest rate environment.

He also says ESG managers should prepare for underperformance in the coming years as the resources and energy sector outstrips the wider market.
