Wealth advisers crypto-averse despite growing inquiries
Almost 90 per cent of professional financial advisers have received inquiries about investing in cryptocurrencies, but only a third are willing to expose client portfolios to the volatile asset class.
A survey of 252 financial advisers, conducted by exchange-traded fund manager BetaShares in March, found that 89.2 per cent of the respondents had received questions about cryptocurrencies and digital assets from their clients in the past 12 months.
