Australia's securities regulator allegedly forced the co-founders of Storm Financial to stop any contact with clients and not to take on any new business in early December.
Co-founder of the failed financial advisory firm Julie Cassimatis accused the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) of trying to put them into a position where their "pipeline of work and cash flow" would dry up, effectively forcing Storm into administration.
