Platinum profit falls as funds flee on performance

Platinum’s revenue and profit tumbled as below-market performance prompted more clients to pull their money out of its global equities funds.

A 15 per cent decline in assets under management to $13 billion weighed on 2023-24 revenue and profit as almost all of its funds lagged their respective indices.
