Life insurer Noble Oak Life Ltd is raising equity ahead of an initial public offering.

The 135-year old Noble Oak was demutualised in 2011 before attracting Intrasia Capital as an investor. Intrasia is chaired by Graeme Robertson , best known for partnering the Millner family in New Hope Corporation more than 30 years ago.
