Nicholas Bolton’s Keybridge sues Bell Potter over 2015 Molopo offer
Nicholas Bolton’s Keybridge Capital is taking Bell Potter to court over an alleged offer the stockbroker facilitated for its shareholding in now delisted cash box Molopo Energy in 2015.
It comes in the midst of an effort by the now Roger Corbett-led board of Molopo to sue a range of former directors for alleged breach of directors duties over controversial US transactions between July 2017 and March 2018, when the company spent $48 million of its $65 million in cash on oil assets of disputed quality.
