Naos Emerging Opportunities Company (NCC) has joined the growing army of listed investment companies raising equity, seeking $6 million in a placement.
NCC went into a trading halt on Tuesday morning, as its brokers found investors for a $6 million offer at $1.13 a share. The offer was priced at a 2¢ discount to its last close of $1.15.
