Keybridge appeal against WAM Active dismissed

Keybridge Capital’s attempt to have shares in its own capital acquired by WAM Active under a failed takeover offer vested in the Australian Securities and Investments Commission has failed.
The NSW court of appeal on Wednesday upheld a decision by a single judge to leave them in WAM’s hands for repurchase at the option of the shareholders who had sold them to the investment manager under the failed offer.
