Hearts & Minds fund goes unlisted, buys into Guzman y Gomez and Rokt

Hearts & Minds Investments – the $650 million fund associated with the charity stock picking event – has abandoned a listed equities-only portfolio and invested in two private companies, Rokt and Guzman y Gomez.

The ASX-listed fund had previously explicitly ruled out unlisted investments but took the holdings in the two companies, some $40 million, in January. It will disclose the nature of those investments today.
